Privacy Policy
The short version. This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies. We do not collect anything from you here. If you buy something, the payment provider handles your details and passes us only what we need to support you.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data described in this policy is OG SOLUTIONS Daniel Garncarek, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.
- Tax identification number (NIP): PL8272339225
- Statistical number (REGON): 528572006
- Registered address: ul. Włościańska 3, 98-290 Warta, Poland
- Email: support@cleanboardkit.com
2. What this website collects
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no analytics script and no advertising or tracking cookie.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
3. What we receive when you buy
Checkout happens on our payment provider's system, not here. The provider collects the information needed to take the payment, including your email address, billing country and payment details, and is an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy.
From the provider we receive: your email address, the product purchased, the amount, the date and the order reference. We do not receive your full card number.
4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To deliver the product and support you — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To handle refunds and complaints — performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in resolving disputes (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To keep accounting records — compliance with a legal obligation under Polish tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To keep the site available and secure — our legitimate interest in operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Who else processes it
- Our payment provider — takes the payment and sends you the product. Identified at checkout and on your receipt.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email provider — carries any correspondence between you and support.
- Our accountant and the Polish tax authorities — where required for bookkeeping and tax.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone else except as set out above or where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a given provider.
7. How long we keep it
- Transaction and invoice records — five years from the end of the tax year in which the transaction occurred, as Polish law requires.
- Support correspondence — up to two years after the matter is closed.
- Server logs — as retained by the hosting provider, typically a short period measured in days or weeks.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict how it is used, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To use any of these, email support@cleanboardkit.com. We will respond within one month.
Erasure has one limit worth naming plainly: we cannot delete invoice records before the statutory retention period expires, because keeping them is a legal obligation.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. If you live elsewhere in the EEA, you may complain to your local authority instead.
9. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you prefer to avoid this, browser extensions that block third-party font loading will do so without breaking the page.
The payment provider's checkout pages use their own cookies, governed by their policy.
10. Children
This product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change with it.
