Clean Board Kit Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

1. Who you are buying from

This website and the products sold on it are operated by OG SOLUTIONS Daniel Garncarek, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean OG SOLUTIONS Daniel Garncarek. "You" means the person buying or using the product.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products for professional use. The product currently offered is The Quote Run: a template for the Notion application, delivered as a link that copies the template into your own Notion workspace, together with a PDF document.

The product is a worksheet for organising your own pricing decisions. It is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not promise any particular business outcome. See section 9.

3. Placing an order

Prices are shown on the product page in US dollars and cover a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

4. Payment and the seller of record

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record for the transaction. In that case the provider is the seller shown on your receipt and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes and VAT. The provider handling your purchase is identified at checkout and on your receipt.

We never see or store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once payment is confirmed, the payment provider sends the PDF to the email address you gave at checkout. The link that copies the Notion template is on page one of that PDF.

If nothing arrives within one hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then email support@cleanboardkit.com and we will resend it.

6. Your licence

When you buy the product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own work, including commercial client work.

You may not:

We retain all intellectual property rights in the product.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins with your express consent. By completing checkout and asking for immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

Regardless of the above, we voluntarily offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no conditions and no explanation required. This is a contractual promise from us and it applies to every buyer, consumer or business. See the refund policy.

8. Third-party services

The template runs inside Notion, a service operated by Notion Labs, Inc. You need a Notion account to use it; the free plan is sufficient. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion's own terms, and we are not responsible for that service, its availability or its pricing.

9. No professional advice

The product helps you organise your own decisions about what to charge. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and the figures it produces are the result of the numbers you enter. Contracts, invoicing, consumer rules and tax obligations differ by country and by situation — consult a qualified professional about yours.

We make no promise about revenue, profit, client acquisition or any other business result.

10. Liability

The product is provided as described on the product page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Changes are not retroactive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you habitually reside.

If something goes wrong, email support@cleanboardkit.com first — we would rather fix it than argue about it. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days. Consumers may also be entitled to use out-of-court dispute resolution schemes available in their country of residence.
